Processing Time

Because many of our products are made-to-order, please allow 3–5 business days for us to create and package your order before it is shipped.

• Ready-to-Ship Items: 1–2 business days

• Custom Photo Magnets: 3–5 business days

Please note: Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days via USPS Ground Advantage

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number(s). Tracking information is typically active within 24 hours.

Magnet Mafia currently ships to addresses within the United States only.

Damages & Issues

Magnet Mafia is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. However, if your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Return & Replacement Policy for instructions on requesting a replacement.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check that your shipping address is correct at checkout. Magnet Mafia is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
